Well, they made by glass.

And our products are Handmade, please be understanding of the material itself.
We make our effort to do our best. And we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect and make our products like a robot.
What kind of Metals do you use?
​
All the information is at the product's description, depends on different designs. We use different metals. Mostly we use nickel free gold plated sterling silver for earrings, ear studs; and we use nickel free gold plated brass for necklace chain.

If you have any allergic reaction to any metals, stop wearing it and see a doctor. Cinesina cannot take responsibility for any reactions an individual may have to any metals!
Break?
​
We don't wanna tell lies about how not fragile that glass can be.
Even if it's made by Plastic, it can break as well.
When handling with glass, always handle with cares and we better have a little bit of TLCs.
Repairs
​
We offer repairs service for most of our jewelry within a reasonable period after purchased.
Please contact us if you need any help, we will try our best to save our earth.
Repairs might be charge by production cost + delivery cost.

Placing an order

If you would like to make a purchase, you can simply place an order online, or contact us directly on facebook, Instagram or email. We have a 3 days exchange policy for studio purchase only. We do not offer refunds for any Online purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
​
We DO NOT allow for returns and exchanges on all of our products, except for we have sent you a broken/wrong piece by mistakes (We are humans and our product is glass). So we can't imagine why anyone would want to return something they want.
